What about the cancellation policy?

Brook Valley is having strict cancellation policy as per below.

1. Cancel before 28 days - 100% refund.

2. Cancel before 14 days - 75% refund.

3. Cancel before 7 days - 50% refund.

4. Cancel before 2 days - 25% refund.

5. Cancel 1 day before or no show - No refund.
